Setting Up Your Account

Once you've registered and verified your email, access your dashboard where you'll find gallery management tools, event creation, the invitation system, and photo upload and organisation features.

Creating Your First Gallery

• Navigate to the Gallery Editor Dashboard
• Click "Create New Gallery"
• Add a title, description, and cover photo
• Upload your photos (drag-and-drop or bulk select)
• Configure privacy settings (public, private, or shared)
• Publish your gallery

Creating Your First Event

• Go to Events in your dashboard
• Click "Create New Event"
• Fill in the event name, date, location, and cover image
• Add one or more galleries to the event
• Send invitations to attendees

Gallery Privacy Options

• Public — anyone can find and view your gallery
• Private — only you can view the gallery
• Shared — only people with the direct link can view
• Invitation Only — only explicitly invited users can view

Uploading Photos

• Single upload — select one photo at a time
• Bulk upload — select multiple files at once (up to 20)
• Drag and drop — drop files directly onto the upload area
• Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP

Organising Photos

• Reorder photos by dragging them in the gallery editor
• Add captions and descriptions per photo
• Set a featured/cover photo for the gallery
• Delete unwanted photos individually or in bulk

Supported Event Types

• Weddings — perfect for wedding photography and guest photos
• Birthdays — celebrate special occasions
• Corporate Events — business meetings and company gatherings
• Parties — social gatherings and celebrations
• Conferences — professional events and seminars
• Other — any custom event type

Event Fields

• Event Name — a clear, descriptive title
• Description — details about what the event is
• Date and Time — when the event takes place
• Location — where it happens (venue name or address)
• Cover Image — a representative banner or photo
• Visibility — public or private

Managing Event Galleries

• Create separate galleries for different parts of the event
• Moderate photo submissions before they go live
• Organise photos by photographer, time, or session
• Allow or restrict attendees from uploading their own photos

Types of Invitations

• Event Invitations — send invitations for a specific event
• Gallery Share Links — share access to private galleries
• Bulk Invitations — send to multiple recipients at once
• Contributor Links — let guests upload their own photos

Share Link Options

• View-only access — guests can view but not download
• Download access — guests can download full-resolution photos
• Comment access — guests can leave comments on photos
• Expiry dates — set a time limit on shared links

Customisation Options

• Custom invitation text and personal messaging
• Event details and timing included automatically
• RSVP options and response deadlines (Pro+)
• Invitation builder with drag-and-drop interface (Pro+)
• Email template testing before sending

Account Security

• Change your password from Account Settings at any time
• Two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security
• Active session management — view and revoke sessions
• Login history to monitor account access

Photo & Gallery Privacy

Photos you upload are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure (Wasabi S3-compatible storage). Public galleries are accessible to anyone with the link. Private galleries are only accessible to users you explicitly invite. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active
• Request account deletion — data removed within 30 days
• Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days after deletion
• Export your galleries and photos before deleting your account

Available Plans

• Free — basic features, 1 GB storage, up to 2 galleries
• Basic — 50 GB storage, unlimited galleries, priority support
• Pro — unlimited storage, invitation builder, custom branding
• Business — team accounts, analytics, API access
• Enterprise — custom contracts, dedicated support

Upload Limits by Plan

• Free Plan — 100 MB per file, 1 GB total storage
• Basic Plan — 500 MB per file, 50 GB total storage
• Pro Plan — 1 GB per file, unlimited storage
• Business / Enterprise — custom limits available

Billing & Cancellation

• Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Account Settings
• Annual billing saves 20% vs monthly billing
• Cancel anytime — account stays active until billing period ends
• 30-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

Profile Settings

• Update your name, email, and contact information
• Upload a profile picture and banner image
• Add a bio and links to your social profiles
• Control who can see your public profile

Notification Preferences

• Email notifications — choose which emails you receive
• Invitation received notifications
• New comment or like on your galleries
• Storage usage warnings

Data Management

• Export your galleries and photos as a ZIP archive
• Download your account data (GDPR export)
• Manage data sharing and third-party app permissions
• Permanently delete your account and all associated data

Photos Not Uploading

• Check your internet connection is stable
• Ensure the file size is within your plan's per-file limit
• Verify the format is supported (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP)
• Clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry
• Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)

Can't Access a Shared Gallery

• Check you are using the correct and complete share link
• Verify the link has not passed its expiry date
• Ensure the gallery is still published and active
• Contact the gallery owner to resend or refresh the link

Login Issues

• Double-check your email address and password
• Look out for caps lock being on
• Use "Forgot Password" to reset via email
• Clear browser data or disable extensions temporarily
• Contact support if you no longer have access to your email
